Sugahorse, listen friend I was addicted to Valium and Xanax with the occasional stretch of klonopin or Ativan. It's a hard habit to break I was away from them for 6 week early this year. Now I can speak, write and drive like a big girl. Boy I know how hard it is to give up, the physical p arts the hardest. My docs won't give me what I want even if I think I need it now I get buspar not a benzo. Benzos mess up your frontal lobe they do screw with your ability to remember and to reason. I still miss them but I'm moving farther away from them all the time. I even would be so stoned on Xanax I'd fall down. If all you take is the prescribed dose of klonopin not so bad its a low level benzo kind of a comfort benzo.lol.
