Yes I did. I scored 43, but I still have stuff (plus triggers). A lot less than I used to anyways. For example, the other day I had an anxiety attack over my uni-essay and have been feeling a bit nauseous. Vomited and dry heaved a few times actually. Perfectionism issues that causes me to lose my focus on work I know I could easily do if I could push through the anxiety and brain-fog.
How does it get any better than that? just keep reminding yourself of that instead of beating yourself up about stuff experienced, that's what I do anyway. I keep carrying on and try to focus on strengths
