I am a carer for someone with personality issues and she has bouts terryfying fear, ive had the same and I didnt know what it was - I use to think it was spiritual and not me. I can describe it as being alone like a deer in a jungle of wild animals - that sort of fear. Anyway, she fears aloneness, and feels very alone although she has me - her daughter there. She copes with it by going to friends, church, and being amognst people but I wonder if there's an anti depressant that could help? I think her sisters could advise her as theyve had these problems, but as per usual - they deny it. So anybody out there with any advice?
