I've been doing a bit of research on avoidant personality as my T called it. Up until now I have avoided doing that, it was too triggering for me

I can see myself in a lot of the criteria but I also see hope. One of the first steps to healing from this has to be challenging the Unrealistic Negative Beliefs about oneself. Even if these beliefs sometimes feel like the Absolute Truth..... they are NOT!!!!
