My t gives me a copy of her notes after every session. They aren't really that interesting to me, I pretty much glance at them and throw them in a box. They are usually about a full page long, and she has lots of little squares, arrows and circles- I guess that's how her brain thinks. She also has an amazing memory and recently surprised me by mentioning some little comment I had made over a year ago.
