The first one asked if I minded if she took notes at the beginning. She wrote stuff down but it did not help her memory at all from week to week. Once I told her to try taking accurate notes. Now she rarely writes and when she does I suspect she is either doodling out of boredom or making her grocery list.
The second does not take notes that I have seen but she must after I leave or her memory is a lot better.
