Awww - you just cannot be everywhere at once. I understand the feeling though - my son has had many accidents when I haven't been watching and a Mom is instinctively protective and guilty all at once!
Try not to feel bad - it wasn't your fault! I'm sure you son will be just fine. Let us know what the doc says.
