It's quite simple in many respects Shibo. If you realize at some point that this stuff is becoming more of a hindrance to you than anything else than you should recognize it as a problem and speak to someone in the medical field.
There really are no dangers to doing this. Being able to live unemcumbered by unwanted unecessary thoughts is more preferable than suffering through confusion about things. Be brave and try it. Just try it. If things are rough, trying at least...is the way to go. By all means comment on this if you feel like it. I would just like to understand a little more right? Take care in any case.
