I agree with Pink Mist; first go see your doctor. Some other things: make getting enough sleep a priority. Consider listening to positive affirmation and guided meditation cds. Eat a well-balanced diet, not too much sugar or caffeine. Energy drinks are not a good substitute for decent meals. Booze and cigarettes add to depression. Do what you can to give up both. Don't 'self-medicate' with drugs. Get enough exercise. Maybe the hardest part is this: give up the people and situations that make you feel bad, and do it for this reason: you need to help yourself, to advocate for yourself, to love yourself, to accept yourself.
