You could have a psychotic episode if you stop antipsychotics without help of doctor. It happened to me and I never had a history of psychotic episodes. I ended up in the ER and locked in psych ward against my will. Not fun. Very very embarrassing!!! I was lucky I didn't die. Stopping meds could be fatal. Please talk with your doctor.
