Not much that I can offer you carebirdy, except for telling you you aren't alone. I am in the midst of the same, empty place right now, and am just trying to make it through each day. Know this will pass, if that's any comfort, and that without darkness, we'd never appreciate the light, nor would we get to see the stars.

Glad you have a therapist and pdoc, I do too, and they are the bright spots in my dark days. It is amazing how helpful that can be, I just wish I could talk to T daily!
