Hi and WELCOME ~ I'm so glad you found us!
I'm glad you're seeing both therapist. It seems you're having a very hard time right now. I'm surprised that your psychiatrist hasn't offered to put you on an antidepressant, since you're AWFULLY low at the present time.  It wouldn't have to be permanent -- just temporary until you can get over the hump!
Why not ask him if he would? It could help until you get past some of the more painful parts of your therapy. You shouldn't have to suffer so much! I'd ask him -- it can't hurt. Please do, ok? I know most of us don't like being on medication, but some times we need to to get past certain things.
