Well done for Stopping drinking, a huge achievement. If struggling with stress/anger issues. Maybe book an appointment with your Dr.
Try if possible finding some new interests, or keeping up EXCISTING hobbies.
Walking is relaxing for many people.
I think it will get better, try to be hopeful are there any local support groups?
To gain extra support.
