I have found that during my healing of MPD/DID I found that if you try to
Push hard and find these memories then I often found myself going backwards. I do believe if you work with a T and a journal your mind will slowly release those memories and having made this journey I do feel you find the memories that creates your puzzle from pieces of memories you get during your time in healing.
Does this make sense?
OH and PTSD is within the Dissociative Spectrum, for those that care to know.
