I learned to do for me what others did not do for me. I do things that make me feel good like taking bubble baths, wrapping up in comforters, buy myself something that helps relax and calm myself, I place my pillows into a v shape andlisten to relaxing music imagining I am laving in some special's arms or that I am holding myself, there are lots of ways you can learn to self nurture yourself. Talk with your therapist and she will help you learn to do for yourself what no one has done for you.
