same here - i dont really have anything stressy going on apart from my own head/emotions! i thought maybe a walk/run with the kids would work but we were out for ages, i even ran all the way up a really steep hill and it did nothing to stabalise my mood
i've since had a sleep and thats helped a lot more! still feeling on the edge though so trying to be careful.
i think since realising whats wrong with me im noticing every little change in mood etc,more than usual. i guess this is a good thing since i can then experiment with what helps etc
im not v good with exercise usually btw - i really suffer with motivation problems - it helps having two boys though, they always want to go out!
