I've been putting coconut oil in my coffee like you suggested, Costello. I haven't noticed any benefits yet but it does freak out the part of me that's prone to disordered eating. I like the nice coconut smell, though!
I treated myself to a cup from Starbucks after this morning's fiasco. Only £10 left until Friday-ish, but God strike me down if I don't get incredibly grumpy without my morning cup/if I don't get grumpy when I have soap coffee.
I think it's kind of stupid that they flavour dish soap.
