This has eluded my throughout my entire mental health history. My Depression goes into full remission, and my anxiety gets leveled out well enough, then I have a bad day like today. No external forces causing a bad day, no medical illness that I can feel, just feeling moderately depressed. I have had 2 weeks of feeling GOOD. I say GOOD as in I was depression FREE, and my anxiety was completely tolerable and in my control. So my question to you other depression veterans: Do you ever just have a bad day or two and keep remission going? And if so, how do you make it JUST a bad day, and not the sign of relapse.

Quick other question too. Anyone have any experience with SSRI treatment where you get a quick honeymoon period, followed by some bad times, and then come out at the 6-8 week period as better? Just curious because I usually have 2 week honeymoon periods with meds than struggle for 2 weeks and quit/change dosage. Wondering if hanging in there for the full 6-8 weeks has really helped anyone.
