Thanks for the reply Kate! Ya the "keep busy" philosophy is definitely a major part of it. For instance after posting I kept busy, and I felt better. My real white whale though is how to classify these times. Im the type of depressive person that needs to know why. If i go into a depressive episode, I have to know why. So my problem is when I have a bad day, I instantly go into why why why phase. All the answers I get upset me too. Keeping busy get me through the bad days, but I just can't let them be unexplained bad days haha. Maybe the simplest answer is most likely, and that would be the most optimistic view, since the simplest answer is everyone has bad days, and people with depression may have worse days than others. I hope that is the case, because that means nothing has changed chemically or anything that calls for major action. Anywho im just ranting. My sister's birthday tonight will probably take my mind off of it, but tomorrow Im sure ill brood all day about why most of today was so ******. And in turn the brooding will make tomorrow ******....Who invented Depression and why havent they been killed? haha.
