Well, it is real to me!
I do like to actually, physically, do something at work. At the end of the day I like to be able to point at something and say, that's what I accomplished. I also see "realistic" as meaning practical. I am definitely practical, and I see this as one of the reasons that, while I often see and hear things that others do not experience, I don't get too caught up in them. I don't try to force them on others. I don't worry about them if there's really no need to.
This also means that I like to just plain do what is necessary. This can be good in the workplace.
