The way I dealt with my depression, at least the only way that ended up working, was through therapy. I'm not sure this is an option. But I have learned I cannot willfully pull myself out of depression. Joining a support group could also be an option if therapy isn't. Somehow you have to be able to get those feelings out and find some support. Can you talk to your doctor about it?
