Those are nice things! I was wrong about my class. We talked about the thinking feeling goals that need to be worked on before we are ready to take action on a behavior change. So I think the goal will be to find some simple healthy recipes that sound good to me so they are ready to make a grocery list and meal plan for next week. Also to think about barriers that are stopping me from getting where I want to go.
