It's mostly the things I am discovering about myself. Sometimes the entries are very detailed and sometimes they are just synapses.
Every day I read and meditate and talk to my mentor about issues. I am not sure, but I may eventually start something locally; a forum in a rented room like this that is purely peer oriented, peer-run, and pure self-help without any professionals or government endorsement.
I believe in self-empowerment and it is up to ourselves, and between ourselves and ourselves.
