Just because this reply is next to yours that doesn't mean I'm weird, I don't care how grand a Magnate you are.
The people I'd consider to be weird are those people who just can't see the fine line between cheeky and offensive. Theres this one guy I know who smiles at me like I'm his best mate, then says something about me thats totally offensive. His way of being friendly perhaps, but to me he is the Prime Minister of Weirdness, leader of the Odd Ball people. Don't even get me started on some of the people I only know in passing.
