I hope that comes off right-

http://www.ptsd.va.gov/about/ptsd-aw...ness_month.asp

I know that it may seem like focus on veterans ptsd, and which I think that is a good thing- as the one little video said- we send out our men and women to combat situations, to have them come back knowing that they were in a traumatic situation(s).

But the sites also speaks of general PTSD and studies and even some references on it...

I did like this link that they had on the page of tips on coping:
http://www.ptsd.va.gov/public/pages/...ily-member.asp
it has a lot of things that other Posters on here and other people in life has told me to do, as far as being triggered, or having trouble sleeping in my case, or intruding thoughts, it also has for flashbacks and nightmares and just in general little tips that I think could be helpful.

I know I get discourage -- I am 25 almost 26, and basically 22 years of my life has been some sort of tangled thing that either with the initial problems, or on carried problems, or reliving it in the worse way of another trauma or abuse to myself-= and these past few years with just little things- and trying to really move on in a positive way (I am not sure if that makes sense).

I may get discourage but it is helpful to read on a site that has in many places

"Know that recovery is a process"

Be well all- I just wanted to share this link with you all.
