Perhaps you feel most comfortable with people who are generally uncomfortable in social settings. I don't think that makes THEM weird or YOU weird.

Kind of a side topic... In fact, I'm not sure I like the label of 'weird'. Some take it as a compliment, others take it as an insult. I'd prefer to just be me and others just be them, without labels. Although I do like to think of myself as 'approachable'. I have a lot of really shy friends who have a hard time making friends but felt comfortable with me, even though I'm not shy at all. But I also have many friends who are socially very confident. I do my best not to show any social discrimination, which hopefully makes all people feel comfortable in approaching me for friendship. And for the really snobby people who would think I'm a 'loser' based on my friendship with, um, 'weirdos'... I don't give a flying hoot what they think anyway.
