On Sunday, I was "coached"(for those who don't work at Wal Mart or its child companies, a coaching is a write up.) I was coached because apparently a member struggled with topsoil and it fell on the floor. I did not see this happen (I'm partially blind and can only see what's directly in front of me). After my lunch, the two COS's on duty came to get me to take me upstairs. I went and they presented me with my write up. They looked very intimidating in making me sign this.

"What happens if I don't sign this?" I asked.
"You're terminated." The COS said.

I signed it because I felt bullied into doing it, when I didn't even see this event take place.

Fast forward to today. At 11:30, the front end manager came to get me. I was going to talk to her about what happened on Sunday. We get to the manager's office and the assistant manager and the head of security are sitting in there. They have me take a seat.

She beat around the bush for fifteen minutes about it. Finally she said that I had "Committed gross-misconduct after threatening an associate."

I have three problems with this:

a.) I'm not a threatening person, all of the associates I worked with will tell you this.

b.) I'm a pacifist. I keep to myself, and kept my lips sealed tighter than superglue. I would never wish any harm to any associate.

c.) They couldn't tell me what was said. They seemed to be happy that they fired me. Whoever initiated this must have been thinking of someone else.
