I have been married 23 years this August,I have noticed through out most of them years I have had to go to what a woman calls a man cave to regroup my thoughts an try to make the right decisions and approaches on everything that is going on at that time, not sure if that will help but time away helped me alot,I share my problems with my spouse but a selective times ,timing to me is everything in a good relationship,not saying mine is perfect by no means, I have had many trial an tribulations through out all my years lol,I believe you get your time away to refuel so to say will help alot just my 2 cents lol good luck.
