Today I made myself a smoothie with frozen mixed berries, banana, greek yogurt and skim milk for breakfast. I had Ezekiel toast with peanut butter too. My son and I both have therapy this morning. Last night I did my 5 minutes focusing on deep breathing before I went to bed, but I fell asleep before I got to the 5 things I'm grateful for or that went right yesterday. My sleep was not disturbed last night, so I think it did me some good.
