I have no idea. We don't email. I'm in education though, and almost all of us have disclaimers concerning confidentiality via internet correspondence. I would guess that is or probably needs to be pretty standard if you are a professional discussing confidential information via email. In fact, all parents in our district have to sign a confidentiality statement concerning email correspondence with district employees. It just can't be guaranteed, as much as we would like to be able to.
