I have ultra-rapid cycling. (Hurray) It does make it a challenge. But, I am coming to think that an "over all" is better than none. And, you can customize Optimism Online. So, I changed mine Instead of "Mood" and "Coping" I changed it to "Mood" (Dysphoric >> Euphoric) and "Elevation (Very Slow >> Very Fast) I may change the wording once I can think clearer. Because I can be completely depressed and racing like I'm manic, and this happens to me all the time. Maybe you can change the exercise one to "How many cycles did you have today." Because that one goes in tens up to 60+.
