There's a bit of an adjustment, but it will go okay. The advice given to me by the optometrist was to point my nose to where I want to look, when using the upper portion of the lens. Then the opposite when using the bottom portion of the lens for close things like reading or needlework. So, instead of moving the eyes, you move your head. It doesn't take long to adjust to doing that.

I'm glad that you'll soon be able to see better - that will feel really good!
