Ahh, yes, the dreaded libido/sexual side effects of AD's - I know it well. There are some add on meds that people report can counteract some of these side effects, but they have not worked for me. However, you may have better luck. Buspar (mild anti-anxiety med) can help, as can Amantadine and Mirapex, both are fairly benign meds that are used off-label for sexual issues caused by AD's.
