I off and on use the "hard copy" mood charts that are probably the first thing that will come up if you google them, they circulated here a while ago.
What was helpful about that (especially around med change times) was it that you could input how much of what you had taken that day, a note section for maybe why (like hormones in my case) and if you had been both manic and depressed and anxious and/or tired you could chart all of those. I want an app like that, I'm going to look for one.
