I also came across some of my biology homework. It looked pretty daunting to me, and I can sort of understand why I avoided doing any work. Or maybe it looked daunting because I didn't do any of the work. Probably a bit of both. I had, and continue to have, a low tolerance for any sort of difficulty, and will stop making an effort whenever there is any resistance
I guess the depressing part is how little I have changed.

I have changed.
1.
I have changed
2.
little-
Every little bit counts
3.
how
You recognized that you HAVE changed. The how part is the fact that you see how you've changed. Every little bit of change counts, that's why you take it in to a bank and trade it in for cash
You now recognize were your flaws lay, and you see a flaw you had back then.
Biology? Were you ever even interested in it? If not it doesn't matter now.
What are you interested in and have you felt even a tiny bit of progress in it? Please do tell.
