I used to be under constant pressure and turmoil, which made everything, even the simplest things like getting up and getting ready for the day, a struggle. Even when the stress was removed, I still felt stressed. It was when I started realizing I didn't have that constant nagging stress that I started feeling a little bit better. Give yourself some time to relax into your new surroundings and then add activities a bit at a time and I think you will start enjoying your life more.
