try changing the type of food you are eating. Certain foods cause an increase of amino acids being produced in the body which is what causes sleepyness after meals. You may want to also consult with your physician to rule out sleep disorders such as narcolepsy and depression and so on. If it is a medical problem medication will help. if its not a medical problem changing the type of foods you eat will solve the problem.
