People are creatures of habit. Most of us only eat the same 16 foods all the time. Try making the list of foods you eat (not the ones you like, the ones you find yourself eating.) Begin from there... look up what each one already gives you, what nutrients it adds to your diet. Then you just need to look to add what you are missing, and not worry about all the other foods out there.
