Today I went out to breakfast with my Mom and took her to the the nearest large city to do some shopping she needed to do. Nice to spend time with her while I still can. It's very hot today and I've been getting my water in. I've been posting in my support groups with mixed results.

Tonight I went for a walk with my dog, just 2 miles before it got dark.
