I think you have already begun. Next you need to maybe make a list of what you currently believe about men. That way you will be able to directly see where you are at... and also it might make it easier to determine where the errors might be.

Not all men are the same. (Just like all women aren't the same. All children aren't the same.)

Your history with the men in your life not only colors how you view all men, but might also cause you to bring more men of the same poor quality into your life.
