I have an ex that cheated on me. he sends me the occassional email, most recently on my birthday. I never respond because he doesn't deserve my time. I think he does this just to ease his mind--if I respond he won't feel so bad about himself and what he did.

just ignore it and move on. there's someone better out there for you!
