Your post makes perfect sense. I'm just coming out of a manic phase myself and can easily imagine how you feel. The thing I'm concerned about is traveling so much, which as I'm sure you know is one of the worst things a BPer can do. All those different time zones, jet lag, being out of your normal routine, dealing with the BS at the airport......none of it is good for us.

Since I'm unfamiliar with your situation, forgive me---but why do you travel so much? Is it for work or pleasure? and is it possible for you to cut down on the number of trips? It just seems to me that this is harming you a great deal and you should consider a different (less stressful) lifestyle if you want to stop the crazy, ya know?
