They say the majority of humans only access and use about 10% of their available brain power. I personally theorize that, in order to have DID, you have to be using and accessing MORE of your brain, therefore making you far superior to the other "normal" 10% dimwits. The DIDers would have to be using more because a normal person couldn't function our way. DIDers had to come up with a way to cope, right? Well, I believe that it just so happens that we accessed more of our brain to develop an incredibly genius and strategic coping mechanism. That's why DID is so rare.

This may all be nonsense, but it sounds good, right?
