I personally dont believe people with DID have superior brains than anyone else. my reasoning is because I know many with lower IQ's and brain damaged people who have DID.
My and the mental health community where I live and work's belief is that dissociation is a very normal thing, that every human being does this in many different ways every single day. those that end up with DID have been through more extreme abuse then those who dont develop DID.
