PLEASE CALL them back and TELL them you cannot wait another month -- tell them you are in CRISIS mode! Did you tell them you are thinking about suicide? You must be open and honest with them! They shouldn't have given you a nurse practitioner!  You must call them! Or call another therapist and tell them it is IMPERATIVE that you be seen NOW as you are in CRISIS!!!
Please do this --- PLEASE?? I have been where you are and there ARE therapist who WILL get you in immediately! Don't give up -- you must fight these "voices" in your head that are telling you to give up! There is hope -- things always change! Nothing stays the same - ever.
It is NOT time for you to "go." God put you here for a reason. We care about you sweetie, and so does your family! Please make the call. You've been in my prayers, Rcrss5 - and will continue to be.
