If it is in the WILL, then the car is yours -- unless they're FIGHTING the will. You may have to get an attorney to get the car, and trouble is, the cost of an attorney would be more than the car is worth, probably.

I don't understand why families act this way. Your poor Grandmother would turn over in her grave. This is NOT the way she intended on this to happen. She wrote that will for a reason! Families can be SO selfish. It just amazes me how they can turn into crazed maniacs when it comes to estates.

Sweetie, just consider the source. They are NOT worth making yourself sick over. Don't let them live rent-free in your head! They are selfish, money-hungry leeches. You don't need to associate yourself with people like that, even if they ARE family. Sometimes family can be more toxic than strangers.

You ARE good enough - in fact you're so much BETTER than them it's amazing! Grandma is smiling down at you right now, and glad you're not acting like them. Sure, you didn't get the car, but your DIGNITY is intact. Take care of yourself hon, and God bless. Hugs, Lee
