I meant something very simple, just so you know better what I meant. A large growth can be more than one tissue type. A benign fibroid tumour can have other types of growth mixed into it. Hidden from sight, and from surface sampling, as by Pap smear. It is simply premature to assume anything. It takes time to sort out the details.
