I've never been T's first client of the day (usually I'm the last), but if I were first and she was late, I'd be pissed. Since there's usually someone before me, I don't mind if she's running 5-10 min late because I'd rather the person ahead of me finish up their session well. She was 30 minutes late one time because a client near the beginning of the day ran all of her other clients late. I wouldn't have minded so much, but I had no idea what was going on, so I started to get pissed in the waiting room.

T usually goes over by 5-10 minutes with me too. However, if a client tried to beat down the door while I'm in there, I think they might get a tongue-lashing from me!
