Do you know what the first thing that went through my head when I read your post?

"With all we have to deal with, here come the Olympics for the Londoners. It's not fair".

I am sorry about the "for heaven's sake" comments and thank you for pointing it out. I can see how that could have landed the wrong way. I should have been more contemplative with my thoughts and posted that way. I will also admit that I was spewing on about the unfairness of these huge things and their very real impact on our lives.

I'm glad your therapist was able to help you through it. That is awesome.
