Thanks!! I'm not dealing with the family at all anymore. I tried that route and it blew up in my face. A few weeks ago I sent my mother a cease and desist order as she was harassing me at home and work. I work in a federal building and she was using the work phone to harass me. Anyhow, hopefully the estate division will be able to help. They said since I have an unsigned copy of the will that I can send that and a letter stating that they told me they weren't going to open the estate and the Estates division will make them.

Lee you're right the car isn't worth the money to get an attorney and fight the will and it's not worth the heartache either.

I think the reason they are mad is because my aunt has two daughters (3 grandchildren total including me) and I was the only one mentioned in the will. Mind you my aunt got everything which is fine with me.

Designer, You are right it's not worth getting myself upset and making myself sick over. It's just hard sometimes.
